Inaugurated by Prime Minister of India, Shri Inder Kumar Gujral on 17th December,1997 City Museum only one of its kind in our country narrates the story how the city, Chandigarh came up.

The Museum was conceived and created by the following team members:-

3. Sh.S.K.Midha
4. Sh.Aditya Parkash
5. Sh.Rajnish Watts
6. Smt.Suwarcha Paul

Sh.S.D.Sharma was the consultant architect.The museum exhibits 180 original plan, photographs, models translites etc.
