Users are permitted to read, print or download text, data and/or graphics from the site, but only for their personal use. Unauthorized access, reproduction, redistribution, transmission and/or dealing with any information contained in this site in any other manner, either in whole or in part, for non-personal use is strictly prohibited, failing which strict legal action will be initiated against such users.

6. MISCELLANEOUS.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws as are applicable in India from time to time. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to act with respect to your breach does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and us.
