great improvement can often be seen by following a diet
free of dairy products, wheat, oats, rye and barley.
Other allergens, such as dusts and pollens, can also
cause asthma. and can be treated by homeopathic desensitisation.
The following remedies are also of great use: they should
be taken often during an attack, and 2-3 times a day
between attacks. Serious attacks always need allopathic
attention.
Attack comes on suddenly after midnight, with anxiety,
restlessness and thirst, often after exposure to dry

Nervous asthma, and from taking the least food, with

Constriction of the chest, with spasms of the bronchial

Asthma with muscle spasms in chest and arms, perhaps

Asthma in children, who wake with cough, profuse sweating,
mouth breathing, and sensation of intense suffocation.Sambuscus

Asthma with white-coated tongue and coughing up white

Asthma worsened ftom exposure to house dust and dust

Asthma with expectoration of clear, frothy mucus and
watery discharges from the eyes and nose. nat

asthma towards 3 a.m., with irritating cough and severe

Asthma in obese, cold-sensitive persons, worse 3-5 a.m.
and from humidity.
Thuja 6c, every 3-4 hours. Asthma is worse
2-4 a.m., with chilliness; may have stabbing pains.
Sufferer sits bending forward, or with arms on knees.

Asthma worse on waking in the morning, with great fear
