Nursing
Courses
The
College of Nursing is an integral part of PGI and is
affiliated to the Punjab University. The college has
been contributing to the preparation of clinical nurse
practitioners, educators and administrators. Both graduate
and postgraduate courses are so designed that all students
put in 4-5 hours clinical work daily through out their
academic course.

Admission
to all the courses in the College of Nursing is made
once a year. The session starts from Ist July each year.
The selection for B.Sc. Nursing is based on an entrance
examination which follows the MCQ pattern in the subjects
of Chemistry, Physics, Biology, English, General Knowledge
(10+2 passed standard).
A similar procedure is followed for B.Sc. (Post Basic)
and M.Sc. Nursing.
