Comeconnect.com Briefcase: Comeconnect.com considers the contents of your Briefcase to be the private communications between you and the people you have designated to have access to your Briefcase. Comeconnect.com will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a User's private communications, except that User agrees Comeconnect.com may do so:

(b) to comply with legal process;

If you are under the age of 13 you may not subscribe for a mailbox unless you obtain your parent's (or your legal guardian's) consent. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws as are applicable in India from time to time. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to act with respect to your breach does not waive our right to act with

CHAT

Chat is live, interactive communication with other members of the Comeconnect.com Community. Chat is organized into "rooms", some of which are provided by Comeconnect.com and some are created or selected by members. Except in special Chat events, Chat postings are not saved. Use common sense when you are "chatting": never give out personal information to strangers or accept files from people you don't know. The Comeconnect.com Community is not edited for content, style or errors in mechanics of fact. Comeconnect.com Chat is a place for open discussion and free exchange of ideas.

Like the community you live in, the Comeconnect.com community works best when everyone follows basic standards of conduct. Your privilege to use and contribute to Chat discussions depends on your compliance with the following guidelines. By following these guidelines, you are assisting in creating the best community on the Web. Comeconnect.com may take any other appropriate measures to enforce these guidelines if violations are brought to our attention.

Because we have no control over such sites and information, we make no guarantee as to such sites and information, including the accuracy, currency, content or quality of any such sites and information and we assume no responsibility as to whether the search locates unintended or objectionable content. Furthermore, because some content on the Internet consists of material that is adult-oriented or otherwise objectionable to some people, the results of your search on our sites may automatically and unintentionally generate links or references to objectionable material. We make no claim that such surprises might not occur.

Under Comeconnect.com's privacy policy, we may disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in our users' registration applications, but we will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone number without your prior written consent, except as required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account number and/or password. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.

Users alone are responsible for the contents of the messages they communicate when using our services and as well as the consequences of any such messages. You agree that you will not use our services for chain letters, junk mail, "spamming" or commercial solicitations or to engage in illegal activities. In order to ensure that Comeconnect.com is able to provide high quality services which are responsive to customer needs, you must consent to Comeconnect.com employees being able to access your account and records on a case by case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or abuse. Comeconnect.com shall not disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless required by law. Violation of terms of service may result in immediate deletion of a user account.

All chat and bulletin board communications are public and not private communications. Although we reserve the right to remove without notice any bulletin board posting for any reason, we have no obligation to delete content that you may find objectionable or offensive.

We may modify or discontinue our services or your account with us, with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we learn that you have provided us with false or misleading information, interfered with other users or the administration of Comeconnect.com services, or violated these Terms of Service.

Comeconnect.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. In particular, but not by way of limitation.
Comeconnect.com may delete e-mail accounts or the information therein if the account is inactive for greater than ninety (90) days.
